Nitzanim take a tour of Israel

In honor of Yom Ha'atmaut (Israel's Independence day) we toured Israel using the four directions of the Israel as our guide.  Each lesson began with a review of previous day then a short virtual tour.  Here we visited Yerusahlim and noticed how all the buildings had one thing in common. They all were made from Jerusalem stone.  Many of the older structures had interesting arches and stonework.  Above are the collages made from felt, fabric and tree branches (I gathered  them on a walk with my dog, Beckham) and students colored "Mizrach" Such a wonderful activity!
