Team work

In my last blog, I gave an example of the activity charts that I used in my Hebrew class.  I would like to take a moment to mention the importance of team work.  At KSA, the Nitzanim team met twice a week.  Tuesday meeting was devoted to curriculum and teaching practices. The Wednesday meeting was designed to discuss each of our students.

It was during these meetings of collaboration and cross-curricular lesson planning, that I  learned how to set up this system.    My activity sheets are a tweaked version of our fabulous 1-2 grade teacher,Amanda's activity sheets. She used a version of this activity sheet for all of her classes.  Consistency and routine are the key to success with little people.

Without the input from all of our amazing and talented team, we would not have achieved so much this year. I am so honored to have worked with all of them.
