Voicethread is another wonderful website that I often assigned for homework. Voicethread.com has the option of uploading text, images or videos. Students record their reading homework and can underline "tricky" words then share in a secure environment. In addition to a wonderful assessment, student look forward to doing their homework, and the bonus cherry on the top? A perfect example of progress to show during Parent/Teacher conferences.
